In many cases we are able to assist our purchasers in making individual specification choices for their property. This necessarily depends on the stage of construction at the time of reservation, but we make every effort to accommodate our client's requests to enable them to personalise their new home. From reservation through to completion, all purchasers are assigned an experienced member of the building team as a personal contact. This dedicated professional provides advice and assistance during the construction process to ensure that the client is kept fully informed of the site progress. On the day of occupation a comprehensive file of important information is presented to the purchaser and one of our technical staff carries out an on site detailed introduction to the workings of the appliances and mechanical systems. Any minor problems encountered with the property are attended to without delay by our in-house maintenance team and a full inspection of the property carried out six months after occupation. |
